Join us for a gentle guided experience in nature, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with the natural world, and give your mind and body space to rest.

No previous experience is needed. Forest Bathing is not hiking or exercise. It is a mindful, sensory experience that invites you to engage with nature at a slower pace.

How Might You Feel Afterwards?

Everyone's experience is different, and there is no right or wrong outcome.

Many people leave Forest Bathing feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves and the natural world around them.

Some notice a sense of mental clarity. Others describe feeling rested, refreshed, peaceful, or simply grateful for having taken time out of their busy lives.

Whatever your experience, our hope is that you leave with a greater sense of presence, perspective, and connection than when you arrived.

What to Expect

🌿 Guided sensory awareness practices

🌿 Gentle mindfulness in nature

🌿 Time for reflection and quiet connection

🌿 Optional sharing and conversation

🌿 Herbal Tea

🌿 A welcoming, beginner-friendly environment

Once the group has gathered, we will begin with a gentle arrival meditation, helping you to slow down, ground yourself, and transition from the pace of everyday life into the natural rhythm of the forest.

We will then share a little about the woodland around us, explore some of the benefits trees and natural environments can offer our wellbeing, and introduce the principles of Forest Bathing and how the practice differs from a traditional walk.

Throughout the experience, we will guide you through a series of invitations and meditations designed to help you connect with the forest through all of your senses. There is no right or wrong way to participate. Everything is offered as an invitation, allowing you to engage in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful to you.

The experience concludes with a mindful herbal tea and an opportunity for optional sharing, reflection, and questions before we gently bring the session to a close.
