Bookings

  • Places are confirmed via e-mail upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • If an event is cancelled or postponed due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, participants will be offered a place on an alternative date.

Health & Safety

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are able to take part in a gentle woodland walk and for wearing suitable clothing and footwear.

Meeting Point & Arrival

  • Please note that the meeting location is approximately a 15-minute walk from the designated parking area, along a concrete footpath. Participants should allow sufficient time for parking and walking to the meeting point.

  • We recommend arriving at the parking area at least 30 minutes before the advertised start time to ensure you arrive at the meeting point promptly.

  • Late arrivals may not be able to join the session once it has commenced and no refunds will be provided for missed or partially attended sessions due to late arrival.

Photography

  • Photos may be taken during events and published on our websites and / or social media pages. Please advise us if you do not wish to appear in photographs.

Participation

  • Participation is entirely at your own risk.

Children & Young People

  • Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to attend.

  • Young people aged 12–17 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision, safety, and behaviour of any child or young person in their care at all times throughout the event.
