I never imagined I’d completely re-evaluate my life and start over in my forties.
Like many people, I thought success meant working harder, earning more and climbing the next rung of the ladder. I built a successful career and, from the outside, life looked like it was going well.
But underneath, I was exhausted.
Then, over a relatively short period of time, life changed. My marriage ended, my dad became gravely ill, and I stepped away from the career I’d worked so hard to build.
For the first time in years, I found myself asking questions I’d never really stopped to consider before.
What actually makes me happy?
What do I want my life to look like?
If I could start again, what would I do differently?
Those questions changed everything.
I realised I didn’t just want a different job.
I wanted a different way of living.
As I started rebuilding my life, I found myself spending more and more time outdoors. Walking through woodlands, sitting beside lakes, climbing mountains and simply slowing down gave me the space to think clearly again.
Nature became more than somewhere I visited. It became where I found peace, perspective and the confidence to start creating a life that felt more aligned with who I am.
Today, I’m intentionally building a life with more freedom, more time in nature and more choice over how I spend my days. It’s not about having a perfect life, it’s about creating one that feels right for me.
That’s why I do what I do.
Whether I’m coaching a woman who’s lost confidence, creating opportunities for women to reconnect with themselves in nature, helping someone save money on their household bills, or showing another woman how she could create an additional income, it all comes back to the same purpose:
Sometimes Life Asks You to Start Again.
Helping women create lives with more freedom, purpose and choice.
I don’t believe there’s one definition of success.
For some women, freedom means having the confidence to make a change.
For others, it means creating more time with their family, reducing financial pressure or building an income that gives them more choice.
Whatever freedom looks like for you, I believe it’s possible to create a life that feels more aligned with your values than the one you’ve simply fallen into.
If you’re reading this because something inside you is telling you that life could feel different, I hope you know this…
You don’t have to have all the answers.
You don’t have to change everything overnight.
Sometimes, all it takes is the courage to ask yourself a different question.
And if you’re ready to start asking those questions, I’d love to walk alongside you.
